Reference

For the Student:

You must provide one reference for acceptance to CLA. Reference must be a ministry leader at your church. The reference cannot be the Lead Pastors of Champion Christian Center.

For the Ministry Leader:

The student is applying for admission to the Champion Leadership Academy. We take this reference very seriously when considering the applicant and appreciate your time and honestly concerning this matter. All information provided on this form will remain private and only seen by the Admissions Board.
